Intake, agreements, payments, reminders, reviews, reporting. I build the system that runs it while you're on the job, and I run it in my own companies first.
A client books. The agreement goes out, gets signed, gets paid, the calendar fills, the reminder text sends, and the review ask lands after the job. Nobody at the company touches a keyboard.
Every piece below is live. Most of it runs in my own home inspection company every day.

Agreement, payment link, and reminder texts from one screen. Revenue, unpaid, and attach rate on the dashboard. Runs the whole company.
SMS-first review asks the day after the job, an email fallback, and a daily pass so nobody slips through.

Real Search Console data, 14-day trends, and a plain-English read of what moved, in the inbox before the first inspection.

Instagram insights pulled nightly, every topic scored against his own average, a weekly plan drafted each Thursday.

Same engine, different brand. Set up in a day, refreshes itself, and tells him what to make more of.

The SEO site behind the numbers at the top of this page, and new builds like this one for a fitness coach.
Revenue in the two weeks after the new site and SEO pages went live, compared with the two weeks before. Same team, same season, same phones.
Numbers are from my home inspection company's CRM and Google Search Console, pulled September 3, 2026. Before-and-after comparison, not a controlled test.
Five short sections about your business, your tools, and where the hours go.
A written plan with scope, timeline, and price. No discovery-call theater.
Your intake, agreements, payments, and follow-ups wired together. Weeks, not quarters.
I keep it running, watch the numbers, and add the next piece when you're ready.
Your client operations automated end to end. Intake to payment to review.
After the build. Monitoring, fixes, reporting, and the next automation each month.
The small door. A content dashboard and a weekly plan for your Instagram.
Part One of the series. Real prompts, real exhibits, no fluff.

I'm an electrical engineer who realized she talks way too much, so she pivoted into sales. Then I made another dramatic change: I bought a home inspection company and became director of operations for a $90M commercial real estate portfolio.
Because of my engineering background, I quickly realized we weren't using AI to its full, or even partial, potential in either business. What I built helped generate more income, saved me 20+ hours a week, and I had a blast doing it. I figured, if it helped me, why shouldn't I help others?
I'm passionate about leading people to become the best versions of themselves, including helping them run their businesses as efficiently as possible. It would be an honor to help you too.

Usually not. The build sits on top of what you have: your calendar, your payment processor, your phone line, your inbox. If a tool is genuinely the problem, I'll say so and show you the replacement before touching anything.
That's the point. You get one screen for the things you actually touch, and everything else happens on its own. I built the first version of this for my own inspection team, who had zero interest in software.
Weeks, not quarters. The intake tells me the scope, the proposal gives you a dated timeline, and the first working piece is usually live inside the first two weeks so you see it running before the rest lands.
Two options. You run it yourself with a handoff walkthrough, or I stay on as your operations partner and keep it running, watch the numbers, and add the next automation each month.
A full client-operations build is $3k to $8k depending on scope. The operations partner retainer is $1k to $2.5k a month. Golden Hour, the content dashboard, is $250 a month. The proposal shows a single number before you commit to anything.
The business in it is fictional. The system underneath is the one running in my own company today, with real agreements, real payments, and real review requests going out every week.
Five minutes of intake, then a written proposal within 48 hours.
